WET is a professional, unique, original, Alternative Rock music with dark sensuality. WET strives to create music that reaches its audience on an emotional level. WET's songs showcase thoughtful vocals within the context of heavy alternative-pop arrangements. This musical approach has attracted growing local support as the band prepares for it's first full-length release.

Based in South Florida USA, WET was formed in early 1997, when its members met through mutual friends in the local music scene. The band is fronted by the phenomenal , powerfully strong ,dramatic and passionate female vocalist ANGEL; whose captivating looks and dynamic vocals have won a legion of followers.

ANGEL began singing at age 5. Vocal sensation ANGEL moved from Brazil to New York in 1990. She then relocated to Florida in 1994, where she met the other members of WET. ANGEL grew up listening mostly to American music. Her early (and current) favorites include The Doors, Guns n' Roses, David Bowie, Tool, Pink Floyd, Type O Negative, Sisters of Mercy, Opeth, Mother Love Bone, Led Zep., etc.

At a young age ANGEL started to sing in schools, and sought every opportunity to perform at talent shows (solo act) and open mics nights, She further cultivated her style through years of performing with local artists, and she also did a dance remake of The Cranberries song: "Promises" for Street Beat Records. Her vision began to take shape when she met up with the other members of WET . In additional to her skills as an astounding composer and lyricist, ANGEL's credits also include acting and modeling.

DAIN MILLER is an excellent and multi-talented bass player . He provides WET 's pulse with steady undercurrent of hypnotic bass lines. DAIN grew up in Illinois, where he began playing bass at age 12. He relocated to Florida in 1990 and played with several local bands of increasing stature,including touring with national recording artist (BMG) such as Ramsey... DAIN lists Lenny Kravitz, Soul Coughing, Filter, Crystal Method, and QuickSand among his many influences. When not playing with the band, DAIN enjoys composing and arranging music and riding his Harley Davidson.

Complimenting the cast is this raging guitarist JASON ROMANOV, who was born and raised in South Florida. JASON's playing possesses both power and melodic sensibility. He first picked up the guitar at age 13. He developed his playing style while listening to such bands as Pantera,Pink Floyd, Randy Rhodes, Carcass etc. And soon after he met up with other members of WET he shared his talentand amazing abilities that give WET that special sound.

Last but in no way least, is drummer ROB ROGERS. ROB is an extremely talented drummer who's been banging away at the drums since the tender age of 5. His beat-keeping skills earned him high acclaim in his hometown of Somerset, Pennsylvania, where he performed with several of the most popular local bands before moving to Florida in 1998 and joining the other members of WET. Some of ROB's recent influences include Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stone Temple Pilots, and Godsmack.

Gigging everywhere, WET has an unbelievable live show . ANGEL's eye-catching attire, is guaranteed to command the audience's attention, but it's her powerful vocals and beguiling stage that keeps the fans captivated. WET shows attract a diverse group of fans, and a great atmosphere is a given.

Some of their live performances includes the Love Fest, The Hard Rock Cafe,The Roxy, Culture Room, Surf Cafe, Fubar, The Pub, Zone, The Chili Pepper,Tobacco Road, Power Studios, Rose's, SFRS, Spankys, CoolBeans, Mad Jacks, CBGBS, Metal Factory, PlayWright, STOP the VIOLENCE concert, etc... The band has also appeared with other national artists including MTV-sponsered Neurotica, Bif Naked, Marvelous 3, Jimmie's Chicken Shack...

The band 's first two singles, "HEY BUDDY" and "GRACE", have seen increasing local airplay and have even attracted the ears of international listeners. WET has been getting air play Fan Mail ,Press in other parts of the world as well as receiving international media attention from Brazil, Greece which is now playing "GRACE" and "CRYSTAL CLEAR", Canada is playing "FLY HIGH" and "MY WORLD",etc...
