Nissan's introduction of the 350Z brought many Nissan enthusiasts back onto the table. For many years, fanatics were waiting for the return of the Z and when Nissan answered the call, the enthusiasts did as well. Adrey Arrojo purchased a bright red 350Z with anticipations of building another car, starting with a fresh clean template to work with. Exemplifying the lines of the 350Z and making it even nicer, Adrey began his mission of building another car. Previous feature can be seen here of his Lexus IS300 Click for Feature.
Starting off with under the hood, Adrey added to the 3.5L V6 with an AEM Cold Air Intake System to help the motor take in more air. Mines Test Pipes and a Nismo Y-Pipe lead out to a custom HKS Exhaust System, allowing the 350Z to breathe more efficiently. Nismo supports the 350Z with a grounding kit, and to get all the power to the ground, Adrey installed a Kazz Limited Slip Differential.
Now that the car had the power Adrey desired, he knew he had to stiffen up the suspension and give the 350Z a more menacing stance. None other than HKS answers to this call, with a Hyper Max coilover system, allowing adjustability throughout the 350Z. A Cusco sway bar kit tightens the car for the corners and brings the handling up to par for Adrey's tastes.
Behind the 19 x 8.5 / 19 x 9.5 Volk Racing SF-Challenge wheels are none other than Stop-Tech's big brake kit with 355mm rotors and 4 piston calipers. Stopping on a dime is only made easier with the Dunlop SP9000's (245/35 in the front, 275/35 in the rear) that wrap the intricate Volks. Polishing off the aesthetics comes from Nismo - Nissan's dedicated tuner. A Nismo front fascia and Nismo rear spoiler was painted to match and installed on the 350Z.

Riding nice and looking nice, the 350Z needed to sound nice. Adrey went all out with the in car electronics. A custom mounted Alpine DVA-7996 head unit sits flush along with the Alpine TMEM-760 monitor. Tunes come from the Alpine installed XM-Satellite system. Mids and highs come as clear as can be through Focal Components in the front and rear, and 6.5 Utopia components to further enhance the Focals. An Xtant 604Z amp powers 3 JL Audio 10W3 subwoofers that lay in a custom fiberglass enclosure in the trunk. An Audio Control EQ is located behind the driver’s seat in a custom enclosure.

Looking nice, riding nice, and sounding nice. Anything else? Adrey just wanted to put the finishing touches on his driving experience by adding Nismo floor mats, a Nismo Titanium shift knob and Nismo clear parking lights. Last but not least, an ARC radiator shroud cleans up the engine bay. However, the project does not stop there. Near future modifications include a nitrous setup & and further down the road a possible twin turbo setup. Once this develops we will bring you an update here on iSS.
Adrey would like to send special thanks out to RT Motorsports, Cartronics of Pembroke Pines, Impact Auto Collision and Stoptech.
