At
first glance, there is a mixture of all sorts of modifications
that glimmer out on Vincent's S4. But let's start with
under the hood...
Like
all European cars, an upgraded chip is just power ready
to be untapped. Vincent installed an APR chip upgrade,
along with an LLtek Intake, JP Engineering downpipes and
cat-back exhaust to help the car breathe. Baileys bypass
valves frees up pressure from the boost. Transmission
work includes a UUC Motorwerks Short Shifter w/ spacers
and bearings, Unorthodox Racing Ultra L/G clutch, Lightweight
Flywheel, and pressure plate helps put the power to the
ground.
The
S4 rides on Intrax ARS adjustable coilovers and Intrax
ARB F&R sway bars stabilizes and balances the ride.
The car rolls on 19 x 8 Intro Forged Swifts wrapped with
235/35/19 Falken tires, while Vincent opts for 225/45/17
Intro Forged Swifts for the track (on Falken Azenis).
Brakes were upgraded with a 332mm 4 piston Big Brake Kit
from Stoptech, reinsured by Stoptech Stainless Steel Rear
Brake lines.
On
the outside is where a lot of the beauty lies. Vincent
stuck with Rieger's expertise and got the RS4 front bumper,
ABT Side Skirts, SGI Rear Bumper, Smoked European headlights
and taillights, a
custom lip spoiler and Hagus mirrors.
The
interior does its best to enhance the exterior with ABT
Floor mats, door pins, Pedals and a Conrero shifter. Mobile
electronics are galore in this S4, including a Pioneer
AVX7000CD, AVM-8000R Processor, DEH-P840MP CD/MP3 player.
Kicker Amps power the MB Quart speakers, and the two MB
Quart PWD 304's. In car entertainment is handled by 2
Sharp 7" screens in the headrest, 2 5" Toshiba
screen in the visor, a PS2 and a ProSony TV Tuner.
