It commissions new works each year (Radio Mambo: Culture Clash Invades Miami is one that went on to critical and popular acclaim around the country); artists such as Laurie Anderson, Robert Wilson, and Philip Glass have been on the bill. » MIAMI CITY BALLET. Miami's pre-eminent classical troupe and America's fastest-growing dance company, has risen rapidly to become a world-class ensemble.
