the February "Restaurant Review of the Month".
February, being the month of love, goes hand in hand with
the romantic setting and tranquil aura of this South Beach
spot.
From
the moment you enter, you cannot help but feel captivated
with and join the romantic mood that is complimented by
the intimacy in the air. The glowing red lights and the
candle-lit tables only make your dining experience much
more enchanting. For the relaxed type, you may choose
to sit at one of the plush booths along one side of the
wall. For the hopeless romantic, we recommend you request
one of the cozy candle-lit tables, the more secluded the
better! And for those of you who just may want to socialize
in this splendid environment, you may choose to sit at
the long red lacquered "full-bar."
As
if the environment alone was not enough to make this a
"regular" spot for you, you will be delighted
with the unique menu choices that will make your meal
a memorable one. The cuisine is born of sunshine, adventure
and romance. Your meal will be nothing less than an experience
captured in the magic of unexpected combinations, perfected
in the tradition of excellence by a great chef.
To
start your evening, we recommend the "Six Degrees"
Crab Cake with Red Pepper Confit and Béarnaise
Sauce. This crab cake is mouth watering and hits just
the right spot to prepare your taste buds for the main
course. As your main dish, we recommend the Filet of Beef.
This delicious plate is arranged with asparagus, cherry
tomatoes, basil, scalloped potatoes and elegantly finished
with port wine sauce. We guarantee that this will be the
finest meat your taste buds have ever experienced.
To
end the most perfect evening is the variety of tempting
desserts. Any choice you make will be the perfect one.
We enjoyed the Chocolate Tower for Two, served with delicious
ice cream and mouth watering chocolate cake.
As
you can see, Six degrees "attracts" and "welcomes".
It's a place for sharing among friends or dining with
your sweetheart. The meals are moderately priced and the
environment is laid-back, romantic and comfortable. The
waiters are extremely amiable and highly professional.
