The
big area in Norman's can be deceiving. Although it is
large in size, Norman's makes you feel nothing less than
cozy and comfortable. For the selective few, there are
private rooms available. At Norman's you will notice a
Visible kitchen, giving you a glimpse of where the exquisite
dishes originate from, as well as a full bar and remarkable
wine list.
The wait staff is top notch along with the bartender.
It is clear that Norman's captures the essence of Miami
Dining.
Norman

Times as "South Florida's Most Gifted Chef".
Having mentioned this distinction, you can only imagine
the journey that is in store for your taste buds.
The
most complete way to experience Norman's is by Chef Aken's
own creation of the 5 X 5 Menu, which he creates and changes
every two weeks. Norman Van Aken's weekly tasting menu
offers you Five Courses that contain roughly Five delectable
Bites per course. In his own words, " It gives you
so much more to taste, with not so much to eat."
If
you feel that you need to make a specific choice, we recommend
the soft shell crabs and the Argentine Filet Mignon, which
is an explosion of flavor.
At
Norman's you will noticeably feel that they are very concerned
with giving you the best meal they can. This results in
extraordinary service, that is extremely attentive, friendly
and polite.
You can expect to pay $45+ for your dining experience
at Norman's, + tax and tip. But you will walk away with
the feeling that it was worth every penny.
Reservations at Norman's are available, but not required.
