If you have not tried Las Culebrinas authentic Cuban Cuisine, YOU Haven't been to MIAMI!

This is a GREAT Cuban Restaurant in the Grove that serves gourmet Cuban food in a family atmosphere. Your experience begins with the relaxing sound of waterfalls, complemented by Dimmed Lights and Live Romantic Music which creates nothing less than an atmosphere suitable for families, couples, or someone that just wants to get away and be served while they take in the subtle sounds of live entertainment. The sounds of live music are enhanced by the enchanting voice of a Live Singer, who sings in both English and Spanish, appealing to a diverse crowd. As if the atmosphere wasn't already perfect, you receive personalized and classic service offered by the sophisticated Waiter's in dress shirts.

The second floor houses the sounds of live entertainment, which is elegantly heard on the first floor. The full bar is also located on the second floor, in addition to a smaller dining area with a classic taste of tropical Cuban roots that overlooks the first floor of the restaurant. The Menu has a large selection of fine Cuban foods. But don't compare this restaurant to other Cuban restaurants where the portions are small. These portions are BIG! So big, that you will definitely be leaving with a doggy bag. And the taste experience is worth every minute of your trip to the Grove. From the array of Hot Rolls you receive as you sit, to your first bite, you begin to savor the explosion of flavor that can only be created by Renowned Chef Carlos Rodriguez, who also happens to be the owner. The taste is not just like Mom's cooking, it's deeper than that. Its "gourmet", Cuban Cuisine, like you've never tasted. Excellent choices are the Shrimp Sautéed in Garlic Sauce as an appetizer, which is so large, it could easily be mistaken for a meal. For the main course, we recommend the Fried Pork Chunks in a bed of Avocado Sauce with Mixed Rice/Beans, complemented with Deep Fried Green Plantains, that will stretch out of your plate. Other excellent choices include the Rabbit in Garlic Sauce with Rice and Plantains. A perfect example of the explosion of flavor experience is the Sautéed Shredded Beef with Onions and Peppers in a lite tomato sauce with Rice and Sweet Plantains. Superior desert choices include the Vanilla Custard with Flamed Caramel, and the Bunuelos, a "must have".

As you can see, there is something for everyone at Las Culebrinas. The menu is diverse, exciting and mouth watering, but the prices are just right. Expensive is not what you will feel about this meal. It is very affordable with prices ranging from $5-$20. Quite a bargain for the excellent food, service and dining environment you will never forget. This experience will stay with you.

When visiting Las Culebrinas, you will feel like royalty. Perhaps this is due to the utmost respect and attention the Waiters and Manager offer to its customers. The attire is casual but you will find Men wearing everything from jeans to casual dress pants, and Women wearing everything from Jeans to a nice dress. This relaxed environment adds flavor to the family environment and makes you feel right at home.

Live entertainment can be experienced on Thursday, Friday and Saturday after 5:30pm.
Reservations are not accepted, so arrive early! Seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
Valet Parking is also available.
